We went to go to Les Schwab to get the undercarriage tied back up on our kia and they said that they couldn't do it so they referred us to Precision Automotive and Henry was able to help us by re-securing it for us and made us very happy at no charge.

On my way from Beaverton to Spokane my “check engine” light came on. I was in Hood River but couldn’t get help. I went to the Honda Dealer in the closest town. They couldn’t work me in an suggested Precision Automotive. I was welcomed and the manager most kindly used his diagnostic computer to read the engine’s code which was for the O2 sensor. He relieved my worries by assuring me that I could complete my trip before repairing it. What great fortune to find this company with the ability to help me and the willingness to do it so quickly. I can’t thank them enough for their service and care for my situation.

My car was at the gas station at Biggs Junction and would not turn on. After having it towed to Precision Automotive on a Sunday, they fixed Monday morning before lunch time. They were extremely kind and helpful and even made my car a priority because they knew I had a long drive to get back for work the next day. I am so grateful for their service and I would recommend anyone to take their car there. Thank you all so much!

Truck broke down above Stonehenge on SR14. AAA arranged tow and gave Precision Automotive as AAA RAM repair shop. They gave me an estimated time of repair and beat it by a day. Truck runs fine, and they gave advice concerning best things to do for keeping truck in good running condition. Nice people.
