I was on my way to school for finals week when my car starting making a terrible noise. I stopped into Precision Automotive almost in tears because I was still 4 hours away from my destination and had to be there on time. The manager immediately got my car into the shop and found the solution. I am sooo thankful for him and the mechanics that worked on my car!! I made it just in time for finals!!

We went to go to Les Schwab to get the undercarriage tied back up on our kia and they said that they couldn't do it so they referred us to Precision Automotive and Henry was able to help us by re-securing it for us and made us very happy at no charge.

On my way from Beaverton to Spokane my “check engine” light came on. I was in Hood River but couldn’t get help. I went to the Honda Dealer in the closest town. They couldn’t work me in an suggested Precision Automotive. I was welcomed and the manager most kindly used his diagnostic computer to read the engine’s code which was for the O2 sensor. He relieved my worries by assuring me that I could complete my trip before repairing it. What great fortune to find this company with the ability to help me and the willingness to do it so quickly. I can’t thank them enough for their service and care for my situation.
