I was very please with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. I dropped off my car and was given a ride back to work which was above and beyond what I expected.

We've been taking all our vehicles to Precision for several years. They are right on with their estimates, followed with excellent workmanship.

I was having an issue from a previous repair. I took it in and they had it fixed within the hour. Would happily refer others to them, and have.

This place is awesome! Henry is a life saver. They ran diagnostics on my car. Told me what possibly happened. My error. I even had them keep it an extra day to be thorough. No charge for diagnosis and test driving.

While visiting in The Dalles, OR for an extended visit my pickup truck began running rough and my gas mileage dropped about 45% almost overnight. I looked on the internet for auto repairs and looked at my options. After reading several auto repair business reviews I found that Precision Auto had no complaints and received 5 stars on approximately 30 reviews and many of them had replies from Henry (service manager(?)thanking the customer for their kind words. I made an appointment and got my car fixed according to their timeline. Truck runs great and cost what was promised with no added pressure. Thanks Henry and Elana for working with me. Exceptional and friendly customer service! Everything that was done was clearly explained and it was obvious they weren’t there to find problems and overcharge me. Communication and options were clear and they even gave me a free drink from Holsteins while I waited. Very pleased with my experience.
