I've had them work on a few radiator issues and do some fuel maintenance. Great guys, work was all done within the same day. Highly recommended!

Thank you again Tony for choosing us to service your Jeep Cherokee!!!!

Took my high mileage Ford tarsus in for an inspection just to know how the parts are holding together. The car was reviewed, information provided on what needs to be fixed or maintained. The appointment was as stated and my car ready to go was promised. Recommend for services.

Thank you very much Karen for giving us the opportunity to take care of your 2010 Ford Taurus, it was our pleasure.

Amazing work with amazing employees. I’m active military and was passing through when I blew my transmission. They made sure I was on the road ASAP and didn’t go AWOL. Thank you Henry and whoever did the work. He stayed late to get it done on New Years Eve.

Henry and his crew takes good care of my aging car without bs'ing me, and they always give me a coupon for a free cup of deluxe coffee across the street - they have my customer loyalty and I happily refer people to them when opportunity chances.

Thank you for the 5 star review

Precision flushed and filled my diesel pickup's cooling system after I mixed antifreezes. They were very fast and the cost estimate was very close. We have been going to Precision for 25 plus years and they have always done a great job!

A True Holiday Story .... After 41 years of a truly happy marriage, my wife passed away in late October. I have been completely devastated by her passing. To help me get through this, my younger sister and I were going to drive from Spokane down to Napa CA to be with family for Thanksgiving. We got out of Spokane before the snow hit there and thought as long as we stayed ahead of it, we would be okay. However ... we got as far as Eugene and discovered an unexpected big storm had reached Mount Shasta and the pass was closed. On Wednesday, with the forecast showing three more days of snow, we sadly decided not to chance it and instead return to Spokane. We got as far as The Dalles and stopped for gas. That's when the next bit of misfortune hit us .... after filling my vehicle with gas ...it wouldn't start. No slow turn of the motor ... just nothing. The gas station attendant pointed out that an auto repair shop was across the street (Precision Automotive) At first I was hoping it was a battery issue and they loaned me a "jump box" to see if I could get it started. But ... no go. Then we talked about how to get my SUV from the gas station to their shop. A quick call to AAA for towing revealed they were backed up and it would be at least 2 hours. It was already 3:00 in the afternoon. We knew this spelled trouble. Genuinely seeking to help us, the great folks at Precision took an unconventional approach and used an ATV with a strap to pull my vehicle over to their shop. (American ingenuity, yeah!) They confirmed it was my starter and actually found one in town. The next problem was time .... It was almost 3:30 by now and they were due to close at 5:00 pm. Again ... this is the day before Thanksgiving. To make matters more challenging, they already had another vehicle on the rack being worked on. We were informed, as one would expect, that they planned to close for the long weekend and not return until Monday. Wow! ... this was a lot to deal with, on top of everything else I was wrestling with. But these good folks saw a chance to help somebody who really needed it and they stepped up. A call was placed to the local resident whose car was already on the rack having multiple things done. Inquiring if they had to have that car back for the holiday, they said no. So ... these folks buttoned up that vehicle, pushed it off the rack and pushed mine in. They had to stay pass closing time ... but, God Bless them, they got it done! We made it back to Spokane and somehow found a flight to Napa and made it down to be with family on Thanksgiving day. My heartfelt thanks to Stormy Jermann, Diana Huskey and Henry Pokini. These are good people. Support them all you can.

Generally don’t write a review, this is an exception. A complete NSG-370 transmission replacement on my ‘08 Jeep Wrangler was required, never used Precision Automotive before and rang them up. From the start at quote for the job it was nothing but courtesy and complete responsiveness; refreshingly professional with a personal touch. The job was handled without any issues and in fantastic time, even accommodating my last minute arrival just before closing without a single complaint or dismissively. Will be undoubtedly keep them in mind for any future service and I extend many thanks to the crew at Precision Automotive, nice job.

Precision was awesome! I had scheduled an appointment for them to pick up my car for an oil change at 3pm, and when 5pm rolled around they still hadn't shown up. I called and they apologized and explained that their day had been turned upside down and they would come pick up the car right away and stay late to do the job. I said it wasn't a big deal and we could totally reschedule, but they insisted on making it right and getting it done that night. They were so awesome! Nice guys, and great work. Thanks guys!!!

Thanks for being understanding and thank you for the great review!!
