I told them what was wrong with my car. So they said they would look at it. After that. They tried to charge me over $350. Just for looking at it. How are you gonna charge somebody that much money after I told you what was wrong with it. I did not pay that. Do not take your car there. Go to cascade motors. Or even rivers edge automotive.

This is the place to go for your car service. It's unfortunate there are only 5 stars because they deserve more. The minute you step in the door they are all about your needs and wanting to make sure you are taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. Depending on the length of service required the goal is to make your day go as smoothly as possible whether you need a ride or a loaner or just want to hang out They diagnose the problem and then discuss the quote with you make their professional recommendation but don't in anyway push you if there are just suggested items which are not urgent which is nice so you don't feel pressured but are aware of things you should consider at a date in the future. Everyone you speak to is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a breath of fresh air to go into a business where everyone you encounter treats not only the customer well but are respectful of their work partners also. This is the kind of business The Dalles can be proud to have as part of our community.
