Once again, Precision Automotive came to the rescue. A rock had lodged itself between the rotor and caliper in the left front wheel and made a terrible grinding noise. We had to have our vehicle towed (thanks AAA) and Precision fixed the problem, as always. Thanks!

So I was in a trip to take care of my sister who's having a neck fusion surgery tomorrow. On this trip yesterday my phone took me off I82 and onto 14W on the middle of no where for miles. I finally made it the dalles with all my dash lights on and no power doing 30mph on the side of the freeway and to Precision Automotive in the dalles! I have to say they were SO GREAT! they got my issue fixed and worked me in and back on the road. Turns out the clip broke that hold the plug onto my alternator. Saved me money and time they fixed the clip and got me back on the road!! The hall at the desk is the greatest at her job and her customer service. 👏!!!!!!! SPOT ON GOOD BUSINESS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
