My husband and I were driving from Salem, Oregon back home to Spokane, WA when we heard a noise from our tire. We pulled into Precision Auto only to discover that the tire company in Spokane has only finger tightened our front 2 tires on the car and the wheels were about to come off!!!! Henry turned us over to Ryan and within 5 minutes we were back on the road. Total lifesavers! I just wished we lived closer to give them all our car repair business. 10 STARS

Just the kind of service shop you want: honest, accommodating, hard working, and fair. I blew a coolant hose in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere, 6 hours from home, and chose these guys based on their reviews. Van got dropped off around 3am and I was at their door about 30 minutes before they opened because I saw movement :) . They let me know that the schedule was packed, but after the morning rush, they'd see what they could do. About 820, Dave, the owner, came out and had me back my rig into a bay so they could take a look at it. They worked quickly - with me HOVERING because I'm annoying like that - and had me back on the road in a little under an hour. They said to drive it around a little bit and if it heated up, to come back. Can't thank them enough! SIDE NOTE: While I was there, I eavesdropped on another customer's woes and it turns out that they had worked TIRELESSLY to track down and issue that just so happened while at the shop. I'm good with cars, so I can tell you, they have done, and will continue to do, absolutely everything within their power to make sure that customer was happy. I it so nice to find a shop like this.

My wife noticed something hanging down under my car and it turned out to be a support brace for the engine that had one end popped off a plastic clip. No way was I going to get that fixed without a lift to get under it. Precision was able to schedule it the next day and fixed it within a few minutes with a charge less than the $14 haircut I had right afterwards. I have always found them to be thorough professionals and would highly recommend their service.

I was very pleased with how I was dealt with and with the upfront cost estimate. To make the experience even better, Henry and James moved priorities so I could have my truck in time to make a trip to help family. The truck runs so much better now. I definitively recommend Precision for customer friendly service and performance results.
