We had a great experience here. Our transmission went out after a very long drive and stressful time helping someone in need. We we're on our way home after 5.5 hours of driving and still had 90 miles or so to go. We dropped it off through their night drop (very convenient, by the way). Our son came and picked us up so we could get home. They were in touch with me first thing in the morning. We had great customer service the whole time. They worked hard to get it back to us in a quality way even though we were under a time constraint. Since we had to work, they arranged for us to pick it up after hours. The pricing was very reasonable given the research I did while they diagnosed the problem carefully. I highly recommend this shop. I've had a lot of experience working with different shops in my time. The thing to remember is that no shop can make everyone happy all the time. In the situation we were in, though, they could have easily tried to take advantage of us. I quickly understood in just how we were dealt with that it wasn't going to be an issue. I did the research anyway just to be safe. I wish they were closer to us! I would not take the time to leave this lengthy review if I didn't feel they deserved it. They do. Thanks to everyone there for treating us fairly and going above and beyond. Give yourselves a pat on the back. You deserve it.
