I called Precision with a serious issue on my Tundra. Henry and the crew made every accommodation to get me scheduled the very next day, which I consider above and beyond the call of duty, considering the normal business environment of today. By the end of the day, I was back on the road and running like new . Their professionalism and genuine, personal care made a potentially difficult situation seamless and almost enjoyable; (if that word can be used in conjunction with Auto Repair).

I recommend Precision Automotive in The Dalles, Oregon because of my recent experience there. Our auto had a difficult repair due to what I consider poor manufacturer's design and quality control of the OEM part replaced. It required them to spend much more time and effort than they expected. Nevertheless, they followed through with uncommon integrity, courtesy and perseverance. Such qualities are the basis for customer loyalty.

Very happy about the results of my tuned up Honda. The receptionist Aleena was again five-stars on making sure everything was explained throughly and professionally.
