Where to start? My jeep was giving me some issues on my way home from an all day drive. Not having any tools on me, I was feeling pretty helpless. I got my jeep towed to Precision Automotive, not really expecting much could be done since it was already mid afternoon. Running out of time before I could make the decision of, do I get a rental, or do I get a room? They were able to diagnose my issue and get me on my way! I was fearing the worst, but was quickly showed there are still good people out there that do good things! Thank you very much for all you done today, and I would recommend you to anyone!

I needed new headlights in my 8 year old vehicle. The ease of getting an appointment plus the customer service at Precision is unmatched. I had my Mazda CX5 towed to Precision Auto in The Dalles (Oregon) because I couldn't figure out what was causing such a horrible racket. This was on a Friday afternoon and Luke, one of the Service Advisors, told me they were backed up and wouldn't be able to diagnose the problem until Monday or Tuesday. However, thinking it might be something minor, Luke put the Mazda on his lift. He discovered some cables that I had run over had run over, that had wrapped themselves around the drive shaft. He removed the cables, drove the car to make sure it was safe to operate and checked the brakes and blinkers to ensure they worked properly. Before I knew it, I was back on the road, headed for home. Thank you so much, Precision Auto.

Can't say enough about the service they gave. My wife was on her way to visit family out of state when her car broke down and had to have it towed to Precision. With no appointment and needing to order parts for the repair they had her back on the road in record time. All she could talk about was how helpful and friendly they were.

I called Precision with a serious issue on my Tundra. Henry and the crew made every accommodation to get me scheduled the very next day, which I consider above and beyond the call of duty, considering the normal business environment of today. By the end of the day, I was back on the road and running like new . Their professionalism and genuine, personal care made a potentially difficult situation seamless and almost enjoyable; (if that word can be used in conjunction with Auto Repair).

I recommend Precision Automotive in The Dalles, Oregon because of my recent experience there. Our auto had a difficult repair due to what I consider poor manufacturer's design and quality control of the OEM part replaced. It required them to spend much more time and effort than they expected. Nevertheless, they followed through with uncommon integrity, courtesy and perseverance. Such qualities are the basis for customer loyalty.
