Wow! Absolutely blown away! I teach at the College and brought a student down to have their first car (2000 Impala) diagnosed and inspected. I originally spoke to Henry on the phone who was incredibly polite and understanding of my student's situation. Since dropping the car off, Chris stayed in contact with the student and kept him informed along the way. When I accompanied the student to pick up their vehicle and get the results of the diagnostic, Chris was INCREDIBLY polite and super informative and had an awesome attitude. Actually, everyone who was in that front office has a great attitude, though I didn't catch their names. Chris talked the student through every line item and informed the student along the way. Chris generously went out of his wat to work with the student, understanding they were on a tight budget. This was such a blessing for the student! Chris even threw in some free carwashes for myself and the student! I am totally impressed with everything about this shop so far. So appreciative to have such good people in our community. 10/10 experience.
