Lost turbo boost on my Ford truck. Just passing thru and took my truck to dealer, who kept moving me further out in the schedule. Looked online and found Precision. Called an was told they could look at it that day. They did and informed me all thru the process how it was going. Took care to make sure I was comfortable in town. The work was excellent and I towed my trailer home. Thanks Precision. Thanks Henry.

Sometimes A/C on a Subaru 2006 can become intermittent. First Subaru after BMWs. Great little car with the Turbo.

I had them replace my serpentine fan belt. Got me scheduled same day and got the job done fast for a reasonable cost. The crew was very friendly and thorough.

We have all our work done on our Jeep at Precision Automotive. We wouldn't take it any other place. The staff is awesome. They do a great job whether it is a basic service or upgrades to the Jeep. My dad says he never really was a jeep fan but now thinks it is awesome and says we have the best looking ride in The Dalles.

Dave and his staff all seem to be great. My Kia was towed in on a Saturday and while I was waiting to figure out how to get back to Vancouver, WA. Dave showed up, he was very friendly and helpful. The rest of my dealings were all via phone, but all 3 employees I had spoke with were very helpful and seem to truly care about their customers,regardless of how much they were able to do for me. I managed repair shops back in the 90s, and i would have been Proud to have any of his staff work for me.

This is the only auto repair service worth using in the Dalles. They are prompt, fair, and professional.
