The Dalles Auto Repair

We have all our work done on our Jeep at Precision Automotive. We wouldn't take it any other place. The staff is awesome. They do a great job whether it is a basic service or upgrades to the Jeep. My dad says he never really was a jeep fan but now thinks it is awesome and says we have the best looking ride in The Dalles.

Dave and his staff all seem to be great. My Kia was towed in on a Saturday and while I was waiting to figure out how to get back to Vancouver, WA. Dave showed up, he was very friendly and helpful. The rest of my dealings were all via phone, but all 3 employees I had spoke with were very helpful and seem to truly care about their customers,regardless of how much they were able to do for me. I managed repair shops back in the 90s, and i would have been Proud to have any of his staff work for me.

This is the only auto repair service worth using in the Dalles. They are prompt, fair, and professional.

I took my 1992 Mazda Miata fridge or a ride in eastern Oregon along the Deschutes River and through The valleys of Thygh valley. beautiful country. Unfortunately on the way home I develop to radiator leak near The Dalles. I was very satisfied with the work Precision Auto did. Highly recommended

I was traveling and broke down outside of The Dalles I was towed into this place and they took wonderful care of me. I needed a new radiator and Henry found one that was very affordable. He was very upfront about how long it was going to take and how much it was going to cost. They gave me a loaner car and kept me informed on the status. Unfortunately it took a smidge longer than expected but it didn't cost me any more. I want to thank Henry and his crew from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of me and making sure I got back home to California safely!!! Thank you!!

Every time we have used them they have been upfront and professional about what our vehicle needs without trying to up sell unnecessary services or parts. We have been using them since we moved here seven years ago and will continue using them for all of our vehicle needs.

Precision Auto was a great choice for my Subaru repairs!! The charges to order parts and fix my car were very fair and to me it was affordable!! The whole team is friendly and Henry is very informative!!
