Follow up-I had to go back do to a manufacturer problem from the aftermarket parts I had asked to be installed. Their diesel mechanic (Tim) reached out to them for me, got it straightened out and had the correct part for my truck delivered directly to them. But the kicker is that Harry and his team took care of me. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk. To how they greet you with enthusiasm, how they keep you up to date in your vehicle, and just genuine good people. Harry and team you guys rock. No better place!!!

Chris and the crew here provided a fantastic customer experience. Nobody wants to have to bring their car into the shop; but in the face of a very stressful breakdown, Chris was extremely empathetic and helpful during the process. The shop offers very fair rates and quality work.

Yes, Take your car here. I had taken my car to two other places in TD , one being the Dodge dealer, and they could not fix it. Precision fixed it (oil pump), they were nice and it is guaranteed nationwide.

Our check engine light started flashing on our way through. Pulled in and Henry has right on it. He knew exactly what we needed and did everything he could to help us out. He even came in on Sunday so that we could pick it up! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced!
