I can not say enough about this shop! My husband broke down outside of town & was towed in on a Sunday. We live in Idaho, over 4 1/2 hours away! Once again, a great couple of experiences with Precision, the first when my "check engine light" went on (dealer said the diagnosis alone would be $110 and required an appt; Dave said "drop by anytime, and we'll diagnosis it for free" (which they did in 5 minutes: loose gas cap had triggered the light). A couple of weeks later, I took the car in for a scheduled maintanence; car was ready when they said it would be, customer service was friendly, efficient and professional, and I always feel like I can trust absolutely that they won't do anything the car doesn't need. I love this place.
