Our go to place for auto repair. Always quick and thorough with their analysis of the problem. Very professional and I have been very satisfied with the quality of their work.

My truck was not running well and I needed it fixed. I had it sent to precision automotive because I heard through word of mouth that it was the way to go. It was. Everything they needed to do was communicated to me clearly and my truck was in and out and prompt and possible with a very reasonable price tag. They even worked it out with me so I could pick up my truck asap. I will always go with precision automotive when I’m in the gorge.

We brought the car in and had a good discussion of the issue. The shop performed the work however it turned out there was more to repair once the initial issues was addressed. The shop did warn me about this problem and said more repairs could be in order. We brought the car right back. They gave us a quote along with a discounted price for parts and labor. I believe the shop did everything they could to make sure we were happy and the repair was done correctly.

So far so good, works as it should and no issues.

James was terrific. Since I was away from home and broke down on the freeway, he worked me into the schedule and my radiator was repaired in a few hours. I am so very appreciative of the way I was treated. Thank you!

I can not say enough about this shop! My husband broke down outside of town & was towed in on a Sunday. We live in Idaho, over 4 1/2 hours away! Nothing but effective communication, PROMPT service, extremely friendly (James!) and accomodating. They diagnosed the problem & had our truck fixed in 2 days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
