The man I interacted with, Rick, was highly compassionate toward my situation. He had a loaner car available and waiting. He also stayed open past business hours to accommodate my needs.

They were super accommodating to us. We were traveling through town, and they helped us out. They even suggested a hotel and a restaurant and gave us rides to/from the hotel. They did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem and had us on our way the following morning.
