They were super accommodating to us. We were traveling through town, and they helped us out. They even suggested a hotel and a restaurant and gave us rides to/from the hotel. They did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem and had us on our way the following morning.

They worked me into the schedule and were very accommodating.

Breaking down over a thousand miles from home can be a bit daunting. The folks over at Precision Automotive made it easier on me. While towing my car into town I did a search for shops since the closest shop to me wouldn't even look at my car for another two weeks. Precision Automotive was at the top of the search results. I made the call and they took me in without a hitch. I don't know if they were still there because of me or not, but I'm pretty sure I dropped the car off after hours and they were still at the shop... Either way, good by me! I wish I had the time to fully fix the car, but they got my car put back together and diagnosed so I had a better idea of what was wrong with the dead motor. If I had been closer to home, I probably would have had them do the full fix.
