I needed some desperate repairs on my Jeep Wrangler. The staff was helpful and very quick to get us in. The repairs were done and when some follow up warranty work was needed it, it was done quickly and efficiently.

I broke down while passing through town in my 2007 Volvo. My 1-800 Volvo roadside assistance wanted to tow me to a dealer in Portland for $560. I hung up and called my insurance company. They suggested Precision and luckily, they were around the corner. The got me in right away even though it was late in the afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and got parts ordered within 1/2 and hour. The repair was done by noon the following day and I was on my way. Couldn't be happier.
