Beyond pleased with the service we received from Dave at Precision Auto. Our vehicle broke down over the Christmas Holiday and was towed to Precision Auto in The Dalles. The business was closed due to the holiday but Dave was on site catching up with paperwork. He gave us a ride to a hotel he recommended and also pointed out places we could eat while in town. The weather in the region was terrible but he managed to get our needed part expedited to his site the next day and his crew worked late to complete the job so we could get back on the road. I would highly recommend this business.

Weather was extremely cold and hazardous driving. I just needed a new battery but they checked the electrical system to rule out other problems. Service was fast and much appreciated as I live in another town and travel 40 miles each way to work. Thank you for assuring safe travel.

My wife and I broke down on the side of the road driving back to Washington after Christmas. We got towed to precision automotive and got there after hours. We were greeted with a handshake and were told our car would be taken care of first thing in the morning to get us back on the road. That is exactly what happened and my wife and I were back on the road by noon the following day! Great work and great service!
